All items must be paid for and picked up by 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 22. Items remaining unpaid at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 22, will be charged to the credit card on file for Buyer. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!!! If credit card is invalid or cannot be charged for any reason, ownership of items will automatically revert to Seller. Failure to pay will result in a permanent ban from all future auctions and pursuit of all legal remedies available.

Removal is SATURDAY, JUNE 22, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Pick-ups must be scheduled by the winning bidder in advance. Please bring your own packaging, tools and help to remove and load your items. All items must be removed by 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 22. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!! Bidders who fail to pick up purchases by the removal deadline will incur storage fees in the amount of $100.00 per day per invoice. Items remaining 30 days after removal deadline will be considered as abandoned, and ownership will revert to Seller, who may resell or dispose of items.
