All items must be paid for and picked up by 4:00 PM, Tuesday, March 26. Items remaining unpaid at 4:00 PM, Tuesday, March 26, will be charged to the credit card on file for Buyer. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!!! If credit card is invalid or cannot be charged for any reason, ownership of items will automatically revert to Seller. Failure to pay will result in a permanent ban from all future auctions and pursuit of all legal remedies available.

Removal is available weekdays, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Forklift operator is available to assist in loading large items. Pick-ups must be scheduled by the winning bidder in advance. All items must be removed by 4:00 PM, Tuesday, March 26. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!! Bidders who fail to pick up purchases by the removal deadline will incur storage fees in the amount of $100.00 per day per invoice. Items remaining 30 days after removal deadline will be considered as abandoned, and ownership will revert to Seller, who may resell or dispose of items.
